Knuckle eyes are new in the mbo Osswald programme. These have an female thread which enables a certain setting length to be fixed. The opposite end of the knuckle eye with its defined drilled hole offers the possibility of attaching a connecting piece.
The knuckle eyes can be used as standard linking on the connecting rods of pneumatic cylinders or gas springs. In particular, the size of these knuckle eyes can be so chosen that a fork head in line with DIN 71752 is exactly right for use as a mating piece. In this way, a universally usable joint with terminating male or female threads can be simply produced.
At the moment screw threads in the sizes of M 3.5 to M 20 with left or right hand fine or coarse threads can be supplied.
Knuckle eyes are available in either galvanized or stainless steel. Special parts can also be manufactured to customer specification.
